LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT 1
VISION STATEMENT 2
“Setting yourself up to succeed in every area of your life & to be brought into a place of RICH FULFILLMENT!”
If you are considering enrolling into U.R.M.B.T.I. you will have made one of the best decisions for your life, because you will have set yourself in a “rich place,” where the Word of God is taught.
You will set yourself up to succeed in every area of your life & also be brought into a place of RICH FULFILLMENT!
How can I speak these things with such confidence? Psalm 66:12 states: “…You brought us out to rich fulfillment.” The term “rich fulfillment” is translated from a Hebrew word [rev-aw-yaw’] meaning: total satisfaction. This word is derived from a primitive root word “ravah [raw-vaw’] which means “to shake the thirst” or “to abundantly satisfy the appetite.”
David lists the trying circumstances he and the people of Israel faced, and how the Lord had led them through all their difficulties. He relates how the enemy had tried to enslave, submerge, and overcome them with fire and flood; but then he tells of God’s grace shown towards them. “Because of you Lord, we are better off now, than before our trial. We held onto your promises and you fulfilled them all. You gave us the courage to endure, you led us through the tests, and then rewarded us by bringing us to total satisfaction.”
The effort it takes to learn His Word, and hold it fast – is always worth it because you will come out to the “Wealthy Place!”
By enrolling and committing yourself to courses, at U.R.M.B.T.I. you will learn to hear God’s Voice as you study His Word. The Holy Spirit is here to help you persevere, through all the places of difficulty, and to come out to – The place of “RICH FULFILLMENT!”
The enemy of your soul will always seeks to discourage you and talk you into quitting or changing your course of action, but never give up! [Heb.10: 39] “…We are not of them that draw back…but we are of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” Let us believe, and look together “towards the beginning of the best” for the Student Body of U.R.M.B.T.I.
What advice would I offer to those who are not certain if they should attend U.R.M.B.T.I.? Well, if you are asking yourself this question “what should I do with my life?” Then U.R.M.B.T.I. is a good place to begin your search. Come and get a solid foundation in the Word of God and then you will further discover and build Gods plan for your life. The training will bless and transform you, no matter what your purpose or station in life and it will cause you to be better equipped to serve in your local church.
In His Love and Service,
Prophet Marilyn A. Scaduto

UPPER ROOM BIBLE TRAINING INSTITUTE’S vision is to train a generation to carry revival to the nations. Our students are taught to live successful lives in God, and they are empowered to bring God’s life wherever they go.
Our passion is to impart a love and a great honor and respect for God’s Word.
Our mission is twofold, both visionary and immediate.
Our long-term (visionary) mission, is to raise the consciousness for the necessity of the Word of God, in every area of the believers life.
Our immediate mission is to facilitate a Biblical and academic presence, where students may come and be educated in Biblical literacy, under the tutorage of the five-fold ministry and within the framework of the apostle’s doctrine.
